When Domestic Violence Affects Children

In representing minor children we often run headlong into the intersection of domestic violence and child abuse. Understanding the impact of domestic violence on our clients assists us in providing zealous representation. The Child Protection Coalition has developed an excellent conference to train law enforcement, case workers, prosecutors, attorney, and advocates on issues related to domestic violence, including its traumatic impact on children.
The training is FREE and has been approved for 4 hours of CLE. Both the 8:00am and 1:00pm classes are the same, so choose the time that works best for you!
