Please join TLC to learn more about how we can interact with parents and children impacted by substance abuse disorders. I believe this will be a great opportunity to improve our practice in cases involving allegations of substance abuse – how to interact and what to expect.

Presenters:

Jordan Bilby, Family Treatment Court Coordinator- Tulsa County Family Center for Juvenile Justice

Jordan Bilby started his career as a Peer Support Specialist at an outpatient treatment facility after achieving 2 years of his own sobriety. Through this position, he worked closely with the Tulsa County Family Treatment Court. He eventually was hired by Tulsa County and began as the Family Support Specialist with the court before being promoted to Family Treatment Court Coordinator. Jordan has extensive knowledge in the field of substance use disorder and recovery.  He will celebrate 10 years of his own recovery in August, 2024.

Hayley Garrison, Social Services Administrator- Tulsa County Family Center for Juvenile Justice

Hayley Garrison is the Social Services Administrator for the Tulsa County Family Center for Juvenile Justice (TCFCJJ).  Hayley graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and currently oversees the Family Treatment Court and other programs at TCFCJJ.  A native of Oklahoma, Hayley has over 20 years’ experience in social services, including non-profit leadership. Prior to joining Tulsa County, Hayley was the Vice President of Programs for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma where she worked for over 15 years. Throughout her career, Hayley has been committed to making a difference in children’s lives across Oklahoma.  She is passionate about criminal justice reform and providing opportunities for change in people’s lives.
